Very fond of the art of painting, is mostly in the art of sculpture that he works and creates, looking for spiritual actions and important techniques which make his shapes plastic and vital.

Since the beginning of his artistic career Diego De Crescenzo likes better to sculpt and his painting works have a kind of tangible peculiarity.

When he works he loves to carve out of stone the 5th essence of art, creating touching images. Sculpture is for Diego De Crescenzo as important as life and he transforms a cold stone into something alive.

He is certainly a very sensitive artist and he perfectly carves out of stone  shapes of faces emphasised by his stylistic/morphological virtues.

We must say that he is not interested in the commercial side of  art business, he is an artist who lives in an uncontaminated world and follows his own intimate spirit.
